I've been sick the last couple weeks with COVID and so wasn't feeling up to posting anything last week. BUT, the show much go on! 

Today, I am feeling better but my voice sounds worse, as everything in my chest is breaking up (gross!)

If you've been listening for a while, you probably already know that I am Founder and Executive Director of a maternity home in Tennessee. We serve mothers in crisis and virtually all I know about trauma, poverty mindset, and addiction, I experienced first through my moms and then sought out the research to better understand both their behaviors and how we, the staff, can help more effectively.
